Three Years In — and Many More to Come

As we move into 2026, I wanted to take a moment to reflect and say thank you — not just for the past year, but for the journey so far since I started the business in August 2022.

What began as a small local service has grown steadily through word of mouth, repeat custom, and people recommending us to family, friends, and neighbours. There were no big launches at the beginning — just turning up, doing the work properly, and earning trust one job at a time.

Over the past three years, we’ve had the privilege of working in hundreds of homes and businesses across Kerry and Cork. Whether it was window cleaning, gutter clearing, roof scraping, soft washing, power washing, chimney cleaning, or soffit and fascia work, every job played a part in shaping the business we are today.

For us as a company, this reflects the level of work we now carry out and the systems we’ve put in place as we’ve grown. It means we can operate with the right structure, insurance, and processes behind us.

For you as a customer, it means added reassurance — clear scope, a professional setup, and dependable service, whether it’s a family home, a rental property, a commercial unit, or a larger site.

Like any growing business, the past year brought busy periods, changing weather, and increased demand. These moments helped strengthen our planning, refine scheduling, and improve how we communicate, so the overall experience stays smooth and reliable.

If timing ever needed to shift due to weather or workload, we genuinely appreciate your patience. Our aim has always been consistent quality and clear communication, and we continue to improve behind the scenes.

I also want to sincerely thank everyone who has referred us to friends, family, and neighbours. The business has grown almost entirely through recommendation, and that trust means a great deal.

Behind the scenes, this business wouldn’t run the way it does without my wife, Sarah. She handles the calls, messages, and diary management, keeping everything organised while I’m out working. In November 2024, Sarah gave birth to our daughter, Florence, and together we navigated a busy period while continuing to look after our customers.

I also want to thank our children for their patience and support throughout this journey. Running a family business means early starts, long days, and constant juggling.
