1. Services Provided
Paul Leonard Cleaning Services offers the following:

- Chimney Cleaning
2. Bookings and Appointments
- All bookings must be confirmed either via phone, email, or our website.
- Appointment times are approximate and may vary depending on unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you promptly if any delays occur.
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling or canceling appointments.
3. Pricing and Payments
- Pricing is based on the service requested, property size, and specific requirements.
- Quotes are provided in advance and are valid for 30 days.
- Payments are due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- We accept cash, cheque, Revolut, and bank transfer as payment methods.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure safe and easy access to the areas requiring cleaning, including leaving side gate access open if you should be out.
- Remove fragile or valuable items from the cleaning areas to prevent accidental damage.
- Notify us of any specific hazards or safety concerns on your property.
5. Liability
- Paul Leonard Cleaning Services is committed to providing high-quality services. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage to your property. A scratch waiver must be signed before service commences for builders’ cleans. We will do our best to avoid scratching the glass.
- We take all necessary precautions to prevent damage. In the rare event of accidental damage, we will work with you to resolve the matter fairly.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, access restrictions, or other factors beyond our control.
6. Chimney Cleaning Specific Terms
- Ensure the fireplace is cold and free of burning materials before our arrival.
- We are not responsible for issues arising from pre-existing damage to the chimney or flue.
- Any blockages or structural concerns identified during the cleaning process will be reported to you, but repairs are not included in our cleaning service.
7. Gutter Cleaning Specific Terms
- During the gutter cleaning process, weeds or other growth may be entangled in the guttering or roof. We will make every effort to remove them; however, complete removal cannot be guaranteed.
- Any concerns about this will be discussed during the site visit.
8. Health and Safety
- Our team follows strict health and safety guidelines. If you would like our team to wear a mask during the service, please let us know at the time of booking or inform our team before our arrival.
- Customers must maintain a safe environment for our staff while services are being performed.
- Hazardous areas or unsafe conditions may result in the rescheduling of services.
9. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
- Failure to provide access to the property on the scheduled date may also result in a fee.
10. Complaints and Feedback
- We value your feedback. If you are unsatisfied with our service, please notify us within 48 hours.
- We will make every effort to address your concerns and resolve the issue promptly.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
- Paul Leonard Cleaning Services reserves the right to update these terms and conditions as needed.
- Customers will be notified of any significant changes in advance.
